Discomfort is the price of admission to a meaningful life, but you don’t have to feel it alone.

How we can work together

  • Individual Counselling

It’s human to have unhelpful thoughts, experience uncomfortable emotions, and get stuck in patterns and habits that don’t align with our values. But, they don’t have to dictate how we live our lives! Counselling can help you start seeing distressing thoughts, feelings, and emotions as a map to what means the most to you. Our work can help you get back in the driver’s seat of your life.

  • Couples Counselling

Many couples can’t seem to break out of habitual fighting patterns and repetitive conversations and behaviours. They report feeling stuck in these emotional dances for years, ultimately leading to disconnection and a desire to “get back” to the couple they used to be. Our work can help you navigate disconnection, separation or divorce, and major life transitions that can take a toll on our relationships.

  • Workshops & Training

We work with organizations of all sizes to develop and deliver pre-curated or customized workshops on a wide range of mental health topics. We offer an ongoing workshop to couples who are preparing for, and who have already made the transition to early parenthood. If you’re interested in maintaining or improving your relationship satisfaction amidst this major life transition, please reach out.
